BeHuman Capital, LLC is the Delaware-registered parent operating company. Three vertical arms run beneath it, each with its own legal entities, IP, and operating focus. A cross-cutting network of independent agencies serves all three.
IP and product platforms are held inside Agile Catalyst, not at the parent. This includes both books (MuShuHaRi, S+3 Agile) and built platforms (DouJou, Ardana, future products). When other arms deploy this IP — for example, when AI Advisory engages a client using MuShuHaRi — it's licensed from Agile Catalyst's two entities.

Ardana sits in two places by design. As a product platform, it's IP held inside Agile Catalyst. As a $4.5M venture investment, it also receives capital from the Venture Studio arm. This is the venture-studio structure at work — we build platforms inside, then invest into them as they become standalone businesses.

The Network is operationally owned by Agile Catalyst but serves all three arms. The agencies are independent businesses with their own ownership — BeHuman Capital does not own them. We contract with them on a project-by-project basis, drawing on their consultants and employees to staff specific engagements across the Studio, Catalyst, and Advisory arms.

AI Advisory currently operates under the BeHuman Capital name, without a separate legal entity. This may evolve as the advisory practice grows; for now it lives directly under the parent.
