BeHuman Capital was founded on a simple premise: capital that doesn't ship operators is just runway. We exist to close the gap between vision and production — with the operators, frameworks, and network that get the work done.

— OUR STORY

Ten years of compounding.

BeHuman started quietly. In 2015, Himanshu wrote a $15,000 angel check into a small data-annotation team — alongside operators from his network who became the company's engineering core. That investment later raised $250K in follow-on capital over three years and is today a $1.2M ARR business. The bet that started at $15K compounded into something much larger, not because the check was bigger, but because the operator deployment was the unlock.

Across the next decade, the pattern repeated. We developed a split-investment model — cash for runway, strategy credits deployed through our network — and applied it across MENA, Europe, and the US. From two companies to six. From $15K tickets to a $4.5M check into a critical minerals and energy platform in 2025.

In 2024, the model became too significant to live inside one investment vehicle. We split it into six arms — capital, operating hands, turnaround, AI infrastructure, training data, and delivery tooling — and codified the operating discipline into two published frameworks: MuShuHaRi and S+3 Agile. Today, BeHuman Capital is the orchestration point of a category-creation operating system.

As CTO of Visible, cut cost-to-serve 73% by reframing customer service as an engineering problem — two years before the public AI wave (named inventor on US Patent 12,056,644 B2, granted August 2024, assigned to Verizon: an automated risk-detection system that predicts and prevents operational failure). As CTO of Property Finder, took the company from $400M to $2B. Author of the MuShuHaRi and S+3 Agile frameworks the Loop runs on.
