I have been thinking a lot about importance of the mental health in this post-pandemic transformation our industry is going through. It is more important than ever to draw a connecting line from well-being of our engineering teams to overall customer happiness on our platforms. I shared some of my views on the article I put on our Visible Newsroom(https://www.visible.com/newsroom/news/team-happiness) as well as on Medium to raise this awareness.

Let's start the conversation around this important topic well beyond the Mental Health Awareness month (hence the reason to publish around the end of the month).
